Full Payment must be made online. Once the item is received, a two day inspection period will be given to the buyer before his/her payment clears the third party. If the items are not in accordance with the order placed, the third party will provide a full refund to the buyer. Once item/tracking numbers are emailed to the buyer, the buyer will be liable to make the payment within 48hrs. The buyer can check the status of the order online. All online payment fees will be paid by the buyer. The online payment system will be discussed in detail at time of inquiry.
